NITE AI is an AI-powered legal research assistant specializing in Cambodian law. The Service provides general legal information and research assistance through artificial intelligence technology. It is available via web application and mobile application platforms.
3. Not Legal Advice
Important: NITE AI does not provide legal advice. The information provided by the Service is for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice. You should consult a qualified attorney for legal advice regarding your specific situation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the AI.
4. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
NITE AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions ("Pro") are billed monthly at the advertised rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
- Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
- Misrepresent AI-generated responses as professional legal advice
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by the NITE AI Team and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service or its content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NITE AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
